How to create the easiest no-sew clutch

1. Find a belt and a place mat that go well together.
2. Fold the place mat while leaving about 4 inch on top to fold over the opening of your clutch. Glue the sides and use clothespins to keep material in place while it’s drying. Remove the clothespins when the glue is dry.
3. Fold the belt around the clutch and decide on the length of the belt. Cut off the leather. Now decide where the holes should go. I made two holes. One for an almost empty bag and one for when it’s a little bit more filled.
4. punch to holes in the leather belt.
5. Glue down the belt on your bag. You only need to glue down the part of the belt that’s on the back of your clutch. Use something heavy to press the glued surfaces down.
6. Close your belt and your beautiful and easy no-sew clutch is ready!

Braided Bracelets

  • Cotton or jersey T-shirt you don’t mind cutting up. Or you can pick up a shirt at Goodwill. White and grey make good base colors for pastel or neon cord.
  • 1 yard of rattail cord for each bracelet.
  • Magnets.
  • Glue. Either hot glue or tacky glue or both.

  • Instructions:
    1. Cut the shirt into 3 strips roughly 1-inch wide and about 12 inches long. But don’t stress cutting this precisely. The ends will roll in so you don’t need it to be pretty.

    2. Cut the rat tail cord into 3 10-inch pieces.
    3. Anchor the top with a bobby pin or rubber band, separate into 3 strands, and start braiding.
    4. When you get to the end of the braid, snip the ends, bunch all of the pieces together, and glue on the magnet.

    5. Do the same to the other end. Wrap it around your wrist and make sure you have the right length before attaching the second magnet.

    6. Cut two little pieces of fabric to cover over the magnet ends.
    7. Fold the fabric over the magnet and glue together.
    Make your own HEADBANDS

Start with a blank headband or even up cycle one that you are okay covering up.

Using craft glue or hot glue, wrap the headband with a strip of the same
    fabric.

Using fabric (pretty much anything), cut into strips a little longer than the headband and braid the strips.
    thin and stretchy jersey fabric.

Glue the braid to the top of the wrapped headband.

    Pearl collar necklace

First, measure the circumference of your neck and bring it back on a fabric sample, now drawn half collar and cut it out. Use this sample to cut out two equal parts from the cloth

Now that you have the base of the collar started to sew the beads along the edge, sew done this even more dense in the middle first, then more and more distant the one from the other.

You just have to sew a chain on the back to be able to close with a snap. The length of the chain will be based on your neck.

Sew also the two part in the front, I used a small gold pearl. The collar is ready!

Here are a few great ways to organize your jewelry & Accessories ... && you can make theses with things laying around in your dads shed/garage

    Supplies needed:
    • (2) 1×2 wood pieces cut to be 1 ft long
    • (2) 1×2 wood pieces cut to be 2 ft long
    • Staple gun
    • Chicken wire- cut size to 1 ft X 2 ft
    • Paint
    • Ribbon
    • Little Nails
Start by sanding and painting your wood.  It is way easier to do it before everything is put together.
Next you will create a frame of sorts.

Once you staple the front, flip it over and add the chicken wire.

    Add hooks for your necklaces
Last thing you need to do is attach the ribbon.

    Materials:
    • wooden cutlery tray
    • paint
    • knobs
    • cup hooks
